The Emfit Epilepsy Monitor can be used with either a Bed Mat or Chair Mat. It is designed to detect a patient’s

arm and leg movements resulting in an alarm signal being initiated.

R.N.I.D. SMOKE ALARM KIT

The R.N.I.D. Smoke Alarm Kit is designed exclusively for deaf and hard of hearing people. If a fire is detected

the Smoke Alarm sounds, the Strobe Light flashes, the Pillow Pad vibrates and an alarm call is transmitted. The

Control Centre or Local manager can assess the risk before contacting the Emergency Services.

Features include;

Optical smoke detector with integral sounder

Table/wall mount unit with integral strobe

100mm diameter vibrating pillow pad

Fault monitoring with LED status indication and Test button

Plug-in mains adapter with 100 hours battery standby

A flashing Strobe Light is used to alert hard of hearing residents when the Local Manager or Control Centre is

trying to contact them.

Triggered automatically by a call to an Advent xt intercom

Flash duration: 20 seconds

VIBRATING PAD

The Vibrating Pad can be used under a pillow or cushion to alert hard of hearing residents when the Local

Manager or Control Centre is trying to contact them.

1.5 metre lead with locking jack plug

Supplied with single gang wall plate & jack socket

Triggered automatically by a call to an Advent xt intercom

Connects to Strobe Light or separate interface board
